We currently offer delivery of our goods and pick up after your event, subject to availability. Location within a 12km radius of Frenchs Forest NSW 2086.
Our fine bone china and accessories are in frequent demand. In order to hold the reservation, we ask for a 50% deposit upon booking.
It would be a travesty if one of our beautiful pieces breaks, but we understand accidents do happen.
Unfortunately in Australia, insurance companies will not cover our damage costs. So we do need to charge a replacement fee of the item. Our replacement cost list can found on our terms & conditions page so there are no surprises.
A bond of $200 will be charged in addition to the full payment of the booking. This amount will act as a hold in case anything breaks and damages will be deducted from this first.
An authorisation to keep card details on file is required in case of damages exceeding bond funds.
Full payment including bond is required 7 days prior to the event. After this time the booking will be cancelled.
If your event is cancelled or there is a change in number of guests we require 7 days notice and a 50% cancellation fee is charged per guest not able to attend.
